Bathroom Remodels
Showers, tile, vanities, fixtures and ventilation for bathrooms in Farmington and across southeast Missouri, built by the company that also repairs water damage.
Chapter 01
A room that is wet every day
A bathroom takes more water than any other room in the house, and it takes it every single day. That is why a complete bathroom renovation here starts by finding out what the room has been doing: whether the floor has softened near the tub, whether the wall behind the toilet is sound, whether anyone ever dealt with the stain on the ceiling below. Farmington houses of every age have all of it, and finding out early is far cheaper than finding out behind new tile.
Shower and tub conversions are the request we hear most. A walk-in shower with glass replaces a tub that nobody uses, or a tub goes in where a dated stall used to be. Either way the work is the same underneath: the walls and floor have to be sound and sealed before tile goes on, because the finish only looks as good as the surface behind it. We also take on the layout questions, like where a niche goes and how the glass swings.
We are the same company that dries out bathrooms after a leak or an overflow, so we have seen what happens to a shower that was finished in a hurry. That experience shapes the order of work. Demolition shows us the real condition of the room, and we tell you what we found before anything new gets closed in. That honesty is what you are hiring when you pick a company that does the repairs too.

Tile, vanities, and what goes under them
Flooring and tile installation is where a bathroom gets its character and where the details show. The subfloor is checked for flat and dry, the layout is set so cuts land where nobody looks, and grout lines run clean through the doorway. Our flooring crew does tile in every room of the house, so a bathroom floor matches the hall instead of fighting it. Tile cleaning and sealing is a service we sell separately, so we also know how these surfaces age.
Vanity and storage upgrades change how the room works every day. A vanity sized to the wall, a tall cabinet where towels and supplies can live, and a mirror with real light on the face turn a cramped room into one that two people can use at the same hour. We plan the plumbing and the electrical for those pieces while the walls are open, so nothing has to be cut in later. Storage is the first thing people say they wish they had asked for.
If the old tile came up and the floor underneath was damp or the grout had been letting water through for years, the repair and the remodel run together on one schedule. Our team already knows how to deal with the moisture, the framing and the finish. Customers across southeast Missouri call once and get all three, with estimates that are free. Residential and commercial bathrooms get the same care, from a single hall bath to a shared restroom.
Chapter 03
Pipes, fixtures, and the air in the room
Plumbing and fixture updates cover the parts you touch every morning: the faucet, the valves, the toilet, the shower control. New fixtures go on supply lines and drains that have been looked at, and an old line that is corroded or slow gets dealt with while the wall is open, not after the new tile is up. Replacing a faucet is easy. Replacing one inside a finished shower wall is not. We time the plumbing so the work that needs the wall open is finished before tile covers it.
Ventilation and moisture control solutions are the least glamorous part of the job and the one that keeps a bathroom looking new. A fan that actually moves air out of the house, ducted properly, clears the moist air that ends up as mold on the ceiling. Because mold remediation is another service we sell, we put the fan in on purpose and not as an afterthought. Good ventilation protects the tile, the paint and the framing behind them.
A remodel is a good time to stop a problem that has not happened yet, and a good company to hire when it already has. If your bathroom has taken on water, or a fire or a mold problem has changed what the room needs, our team works alongside your adjuster and rebuilds it afterward. We are licensed and insured, and the line at (573) 631-8495 is open any hour. Our team has over 25 years of experience, and a free estimate is the first step.
